At CrossFit Limassol, we are focused exclusively on our members offering a variety of fitness programs to achieve each personal goal. Our workouts are well planned and include scaling and substitution options which allow beginners (including those who are older, less fit, or recovering from injuries) to proceed safely, while also challenging advanced athletes.

No! People come to CrossFit to get healthy! We will start you out slowly by helping you scale the workouts to your own fitness level. We can decrease the amount of weight or get rid of the weight completely. We can lower the number of rounds or repetitions you will do. We can also modify the exercises to match your level of fitness. Then, as you get more experience, we can modify again to keep it challenging. You can start from the Rookie class and work your way up.
We are more than happy to accommodate you at a different slot however, if you are joining a more advanced group the CrossFit trainer need to be informed in advanced.
